Creating a Home Meditation Practice
Have you always wanted to begin a home meditation practice but had no idea where to begin? This is the workshop for you. In this three week class you will learn various meditation techniqes and breathwork. Each week. you will come home with a different meditation to practice. Class includes a light asana practice, meditation and breathwork. No experience necessary.

Yoga for Runners
New Session begins January 2008
A six week course which focuses on imbalances created in the body from running. In this class you will learn techniques to increase core strength and energy efficency. Experience a variety of poses and target key muscle groups used in running. A great cross-training tool to reduce injury and boredom. All levels of athletes are welcome.
