Power Vinyasa: Vinyasa Hot: Designed to familiarize those to the flow of Vinyasa and provide a solid foundation. Emphasis is on learning the foundational postures, proper alignment, increasing stamina and accessing the spirit through breathwork. Lots of personal attention.
Indoor cycle class followed by relaxation and yoga postures to open the hips, hamstrings and mind. |
