Power Vinyasa:
A vigorous form of yoga that synchronizes the breath with a flowing sequence of asanas (postures) to create a dynamic and challenging practice. This class focuses on strength and flexibility as well as the breath to open the mind and release stress and fatigue.
Vinyasa Hot:
A challenging flowing yoga class done in the heat to warm the body and allow for deeper stretching. The heat also promotes sweating which is a method of cleansing the body.
Vinyasa Yoga Basic:
Designed to familiarize those to the flow of Vinyasa and provide a solid foundation. Emphasis is on learning the foundational postures, proper alignment, increasing stamina and accessing the spirit through breathwork. Lots of personal attention.
Yoga Fusion:
A combination of yoga inspired postures integrated with innovative resistance training and movement to provide a well-rounded workout for the body, mind and soul. This class will increase your strength, endurance, balance and state of mind.
Spin Yoga:
Indoor cycle class followed by relaxation and yoga postures to open the hips, hamstrings and mind.
